Merrick Leisure Complex, Newton Stewart

Full Quantity Surveying Services were provided on this Local Authority Project.

New extensions were added to provide additional changing facilities, stores, stairs and a lift. Extensive refurbishment was carried out to the pool and games hall areas, which included re-cladding and upgrading.

Greyfriar Church, Dumfries

Grade A listed sandstone church in the centre of Dumfries.

Refurbished in 3 Phases with support from Historic Scotland. Full Quantity Surveying Services.

The Spire was partly rebuilt, the building completely re-roofed and extensive repair and replacement of ornate carved stone finials carried out by local craftsmen.

Nithsdale Mills, Dumfries

Housing Association Development in 3 Phases. The site was formerly occupied by a Woollen Mill which had been listed.

Services included option appraisals and full Quantity Surveying Services.

 

Overcladding Dumfries & Galloway
Royal Infirmary

Rainscreen overcladding and remedial works to existing concrete frame with brick infill panels.

Quantity Surveying Services for Employers Agent for Design & Construct project.

Site Infrastructure at The Crichton, Dumfries

Car parking, roads, HV supplies, Telecoms, water mains, sewerage and storm water to the former Mental Hospital now developed as a University Campus and Business Park.

Full Quantity Surveying Services.

 

Grade A listed building being fully refurbished in 3 phases with the help of lottery Heritage Fund, Historic Scotland and others.

Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Planning Supervisor Services are being provided.

 
Grade B listed building being fully refurbished, with support from Heritage Lottery Fund, to serve a variety of functions including book town and visitor resource center, District Court, natural heritage and local history resource and interpretation and continuing community use.

Full Quantity Surveying Services are being provided.
