M R Rodger & Partners have responded to the statutory right available to all parties in a building contract to unilaterally have a dispute settled by training experienced adjudicators.

The need for sound, fair, judgement in contractual disputes has never been greater and the Practice is well placed to deliver a relevant service in this regard.
