M R Rodger & Partners have extensive experience acting on behalf of Clients to discharge their duties and obligations under a Contractors Design and Build contract.

This involves managing the technical and financial aspects of a project from its inception to completion.

Services provided include:

• Establish management structures and reporting procedures
• Manage and co-ordinate the project team to deliver the Client's aspirations and objectives
• Appraise the financial viability and deliver the project within the budget
• Procure the Contract to the Employer's brief
• Manage the construction process and deliver the end product to a high standard and within programme timescales
