Robert is the local representative on the R.I.C.S. in Scotland Dispute Resolution Faculty Board. Nicoll M Milne
 | Position: Partner Nicoll M Milne came to the firm in 2003 after some twenty five years with Robison & Davidson Ltd a construction company with an annual turnover in excess of 45 million where he occupied the post of Group Construction Director. Building on a sound professional and technical background Nicoll has a broad understanding and experience of the structure of a building company from "grass roots" to Director level. His area of expertise includes Contracts Management and Design & Build Contracting, co-ordinating, leading and delivering construction projects on time and within budget to a value of 8.0m. Responsable for Health & Safety with in the Partnership and the delivery of CDM Co-ordination services to a wide and varied client base including Local Authorities, NHS Dumfries & Galloway, Construction Companies and Private Clients. |
Graeme Irving
 | Position: Partner Graeme Irving B.Sc., M.R.I.C.S. joined the firm in 1999 Graeme graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying in 1997. Graeme is a qualified Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Graeme has considerable experience in design and build projects and has completed a post graduate degree in Project Management. |
Ken Paterson
 | Position: Senior Surveyor Ken Paterson joined the firm in 2004 and is based in our Stranraer Office. Ken was elected Associate of RICS in 1985 becoming a Fellow in 1996. A native of Stranraer, he spent some 23 years in private practice covering all aspects of surveying. He has extensive experience in preparing contract documents for the public and private sectors. |
Ronald Faill
 | Position: Senior Surveyor Ronnie Faill, Stranraer Office Manager, joined the firm in 1999. He has worked as a Quantity Surveyor since joining the profession in a private practice in 1970. He worked for many years in the Stranraer area and has extensive experience in providing quantity surveying services to our clients. |
Barbara Crawford
 | Position: Office Manager Barbara joined the firm in July 1976 and is the Partnerships Quality Systems Manager. Barbara's principle responsibility is to ensure the Partnerships compliance with the Quality procedures. In addition Barbara is responsible for managing the office staff and is the Office Health and Safety advisor. |
